I began catering Tea Parties in the 1980’s, with my catering partner, Tracey Nesicolaci. We had begun baking together in High School, and used our creativity and baking skills, to begin Truly Scrumptious Tea Service. We catered some truly beautiful teas, in the Los Angeles area. This particular Tea, was in my garden, several years ago. I love to create garden tea parties. Freshly baked scones with Devonshire cream and jam, chocolate covered strawberries, smoked salmon pinwheel sandwiches, mini pastries and tarts, Ritz egg spread sandwiches, and of course, traditional cucumber sandwiches. Teas can be very simple, or beautifully fancy!
