1 whole cut chicken kosher
1 1/2 cups chopped white onion
1 carton of sliced organic white mushrooms
1 Jar of Trader Joe's Masala sauce
1 package of Trader Joe's pre-cooked dal
4 cups of organic chicken broth
1 can of organic cream of coconut
2 cups of basmati rice
Add everything into one large pot and cook on medium/high for an hour (stiring occasionally).
Serve in a bowl with dry shredded organic coconut (Un-sweetened) and mango ginger chutney or orange marmalade.
